I was so emotional, and literally shaking, when I got to the end. I couldn't do anything but sit alone for a while. I didn't want to cheat that experience I just had by moving on to some trivial daily chore. I wasn't ready to say goodbye to Trish Doolan's enchanting characters or the journey I just shared with them. The setting is also so lush and beautiful. Yes, I would love to see this as a film some day, but I would never want to be denied the experience of first reading it, for fear of robbing my mind the opportunity to picture for itself the world created by Ms. Doolan's descriptive and passionate writing.Product details

Deep story, with deep quotes and amazing and peaceful descriptions about the place (I need to know Italy ))))) You really did an incredible job, Trish!!
We must follow our heart and do what make us happy in that time, because if we take too long maybe can be later.
I'd rather regret the things that I have done than the things that I have not done.

There really is nothing better than finding a great read, The Singing Gardener definitely is just that. From the very first page it was reflective, hopeful, intoxicatingly happy, spiritually uplifting & magical. I feel like one of the Tuscan neighbors sharing in their secret passion, wanting the story of Stefano and Maria only to live on as it continues to play like a classic movie in my head. I am waiting patiently for all that this extremely creative and wonderfully imaginative Author has to offer.

This book AMAZED me!!!! I am "not" an avid reader so this was my 2nd Novel in over 20 years. DREAMS DEFERRED By Soltreu was the last novel I read and both books were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!
Trish Doolan is a AWESOME writer who had me running back to this book whenever I had a free minute to laugh, cry, and most of the time smile in amazement at how AWESOME GOD is and what he has done through Trish. Often while reading this book I fought the lump in my throat and watering eyes trying to say "hey this is just a book" but when you read a story as heart felt and moving as this book is, you will see why I believe ANYONE who reads this book would fall in love with it as I have. I simply can NOT put into words how much this book moved me and further confirmed that GOD has truly blessed Trish with endless gifts. I LOVE this book and can not wait to read the next, because NOW I am back to reading and Love reading again.
PS this comes from a man who just published his own book a couple of months ago and I TRULY feel that I have learned SO much reading this book and what an AMAZING journey into the garden it was!!!!!

Trish Doolan never ceases to amaze. From the start, I was captivated by the emotional depth's of the characters...I couldn't put down this book! And such an amazing story. Sweet, romantic, passionate. I wanted to book a flight to Italy as soon as I finished. You will be moved to tears.
I enjoyed this book. It made me reminisce about being in Italy. The story was very touching and ended differently from what I anticipated.
How refreshing to discover a novel with beautifully well developed characters and vivid descriptions of a magical land! Brilliance!
Charming, Heart Wrenching, Beautiful and Just what I needed.
I forget how much fun it is to escape into a good novel once in awhile but at the urging of a friend that LOVES Italy and anything to do with it, so she forced me to read it. Boy am I happy I did.
I don't think I had ever read a novel that transported me to a time and place so fast.... but then again, I don't read too many novels. Within seconds, every time I picked up this book I was immediately surrounded by the beautiful landscapes of Italy. Reading this book is really like being in a 4D movie. It is hard to read this book and not taste, feel, see, hear and smell the world that is created for the reader.
